Length measurement + preparation + ultrasound
The EndoPilot² offers a complete solution for endodontic treatment and is ideal for practitioners who demand the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
The EndoPilot2’s file library contains more than 530 illustrated NiTi files, with no manufacturer restrictions.
The fully electrically insulated endo motor works without insulating covers and supports various movements such as full rotation, anti-clockwise rotation, twist mode, reciprocating and ReFlex. The autoclavable Newtron ultrasonic handpiece from Acteon is ergonomically shaped so that every grip position is comfortable for the practitioner. The power and length of the runtime are set via the large touch display, as is the instrument selection. It is controlled wirelessly via a Bluetooth foot control.
The customisable contra-angle handpiece has hard gold-plated spring contacts for maximum measuring precision. A modern design progress indicator visualises the position in the root canal in real time. The EndoPilot² is developed and produced in Germany to guarantee the highest quality standards.
Technical data
Performance and quality:
Battery performance of 16 hours
File library with over 530 illustrated NiTi files, without manufacturer restrictions
Movement modes: full rotation, anti-clockwise, reciprocating and reflex
Individually named file sequences can be created with the ‘MyFile’ function
Simple updates via micro SD card
7’ TFT colour display
Autoclavable handpieces
Individual setting options for torque, speed and reciprocating parameters
Endo motor speed: 200-1000 rpm
Power supply unit in accordance with IEC 60601 for medical devices
Torque: 0.2-5 Ncm
Dimensions: 19 cm x 20.5 cm x 17.5 cm (basic device)
Bluetooth footswitch with filter against interference signals
Dynamic length determination with the fast, patented pulse measuring method in real time
Pulse measuring method:
Requires only one measurement signal⇒faster and more precise by analysing several individual values
No falsification due to movement of the file
No ‘false apex’, which many devices display when the instrument first comes into contact with liquid
Can be modularly expanded to include ultrasound and pump functions
Safety:
Coloured display of the position in the root canal
Speed reduction when approaching the apex
Acoustic signals that intensify as the apex is approached
Automatic stop when the apex is reached for an individually adjustable time interval between 0.5 and 2 seconds
Green LED on the contra-angle handpiece changes to red as a visual signal when the apex is reached
Additional protective function: Automatic electronic decoupling of the patient in the event of externally measured overcurrents
User experience:
You can have a customised text displayed on the start screen of your EndoPilot2 (e.g. your practice name, treatment room, department)
Over 10 selectable sounds (from ‘beep’ to ‘xylophone’ to ‘cowbell’…the Endo should also be fun)
Modern designed progress indicator visualises position in the apex
Available EndoCart for transport to different treatment rooms
Easy wireless use thanks to integrated rechargeable battery
Expandable with:
Pump module + accessories
