The EndoPilot contra-angle handpiece has hard gold-plated spring contacts to ensure precise and interference-free electronic signal transmission. The contra-angle handpiece is electrically insulated to prevent interference from patient contact, for example by touching the buccal mucosa. This not only minimises measurement errors, but also eliminates the need for insulating covers.
